General Store Policies :

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

Processing Time. The time needed to dispatch your incontinence products will vary depending on the location of the incontinence products and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.Free Shipping on Orders of Incontinence Supplies over $175

Shipping Methods. Your incontinence products will be delivered using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be transported directly fromthe manufacturer to customers.

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all incontinence product orders over $175. Some items, due to their weight and size will not qualify for free transport and may require an additional transport surcharge. We will notify you via e-mail of any additional fees prior to the processing of your order. Incontinence product orders under $175 ship for a flat rate fee of $12.99 per order. For your convenience, our ordering system helps you calculate the amount you will pay for the shipping of your incontinence products order by adding your zip code in your shopping cart! Any oversized or heavy items will be charged additional shipping.  These will be denotated as:  *This item is considered heavy or oversized and requires additional shipping charges.

Product availability
Most incontinence products are in stock and ready for immediate shipment and delivery and usually shipped within 48 hours. 

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another item in stock, remove it from your order, cancel your order or place your order temporarily on hold until your item is in stock again. Due to availability & vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an out of stock item will be in stock again.

In the unlikely event that any incontinence items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will dispatch the remainder of your order immediately and dispatch the balance when it becomes available (with no additional charges).

If you choose to remove the out of stock item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.

Drop Shipment
Some of your incontinence product orders may be processed and dispatched from warehouse closest to your location. This is to ensure the fastest delivery, therefore it may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. We have made arrangements with our distributors that all adult diapers, adult briefs and incontinence products be packaged in discreet packaging. If your incontinence products, adult diapers, adult briefs, cloth diapers, disposable diapers or other incontinence products are not in discreet packaging, please let us know so that we can address the situation.

Since some of the incontinence product items are shipped directly from the manufacture, the shipping company will be selected by the manufacturer and may or may not correspond to your shipping company selection. The type of the service will be equal. For example, if during the checkout you chose UPS Next Day then we may substitute it with USPS Express mail. If you require special processing, please mention it in comments section during the checkout process. 

Shipping to APO/FPO/AAO/AEO & P.O. Boxes
DryDiapersPlus does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes (including APO/FPO/AAO/AEO) addresses.

Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping
Do not apply to the following States and Territories: AK, HI, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR & VI. Any additional charges that may apply will be added manually to your order total when processed.

Merchandise errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling
Selecting Overnight does not mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders are processed in 1-3 days, depending on when your purchase is received, processing may take 4-9 days. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed (usually within 24 hours). We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged goods from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing && call the freight carrier to come back & inspect the damage & file a claim. We're not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not send products back to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be sent back to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Authorization
Must be obtained through email in order to insure accuracy and fast processing for all returns. 

  • To receive your RA# number simply e-mail us at support@drydiapersplus.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field) Please include your order and account number, your name & contact information.

  • We do accept any returns in our corporate headquarters listed on our site. You will be provided with the return address along with your RA#.

  • Item(s) being sent back must be posted within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

  • Items sent without an RA# number cannot be credited. 

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.

All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·Original packaging.

·Original invoice or receipt.

7-Day Return Period
Seven days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below). 

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

  • Any merchandise that may have come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Items such as, but not limited to, incontinence, adult diapers, adult briefs, cloth diapers, disposable diapers, incontinence underwear & panties, commodes, raised toilet seats, hospital beds & bed accessories, ultra lightweight wheelchairs, lift chairs, monitoring system equipment, and bath safety products and other medical supplies and products that are for single-use.

  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below.

Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on special order products. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item. In this case only exchanges will be allowed with the authorization by DryDiapersPlus.com.

Large quantity purchases
We strongly recommend try and feel one item before placing order for large quantity. If you are not exactly sure what you are buying, and you are planning to place order of the large quantity, please buy one item for your review. When you see and feel that it is the item that you need, then we will be happy to process your order for the large quantity.

We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for large quantity orders unless items sent were defective.

Shipping cost
For all item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted. DryDiapersPlus will only pay return shipping costs if returned items shipped due to our error otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction, will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. For all item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

 

Manufacturers Warranty. Purchase with confidence - because any warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when purchased through DryDiapersPlus.com. Please contact manufacturer directly for any warranty service required.
