For patients & caregivers at risk for skin breakdown; ideal as a daily moisturizer.
Remedy skin care products go beyond cleansing, moisturizing & protecting - they literally feed the skin. The secret is Remedy's proprietary blend of antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins (B3 & B6) and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
Instead of using surfactant-based formulations - which can strip the skin of it's natural oils - Remedy cleansers contain phospholipids, which help clean and remove odors while retaining the skin's moisture.
Remedy products also contain natural oils such as olive oil, to provide essential fatty acids to the skin.
Remedy Skin Repair Cream: The CDC Hand Hygiene guideline strongly recommends the use of a moisturizer as part of a hand hygiene protocol.*
Remedy Skin Repair Cream helps protect and relieve damage related to frequent handwashing such as dryness, cracked, inflamed, reddened and itchy skin. Remedy features Olivamine®, a proprietary blend of nutrients targeted for skin cells, as well as dimethicone to help prevent e-TEWL. Remedy Skin Repair Cream is CHG and latex friendly. Tested to be non-sensitizing, non-allergenic. Remedy Skin Repair Cream is therapy for skin.
Olivamine is a blend of antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). These ingredients are all known to play a vital role in basic cellular construction and protection. Olivamine contains antioxidants like hydroxytyrosol, the most potent antioxidant known today (derived from olives). It also contains amino acids like L-proline, L-cysteine and glycine - three of the main building blocks of collagen. These components are also treated with photoacoustic resonance to help minimize the tendency for inflammation, and to ensure they can be rapidly accepted by the skin.
